The relationship you have with authority has a huge impact on how empowered you feel when it comes to making decisions and going after what you want.
Whether you rebel against authority or constantly seek external validation for your thoughts and ideas, both can indicate a perceived lack of your own personal authority.
Usually this is deeply unconscious but goes hand in hand with low self-confidence, fear of rejection, imposter syndrome, perfectionism and avoidance of responsibility or decision making.
The good news is you can bring this to your conscious awareness and give yourself permission to powerfully step up as the authority in your own life and business.
